Despite being called 'Napoli', Le Selezioni P&V Napoli Salami is a typical product of the whole of the Italian region of Campania, with a strong flavour and unmistakable intense aroma of the south.
In order to prepare this salami, the best pork meat coarsely minced and flavoured with natural aromas is then smoked and cured to give life to one of the classics of Italian tradition, loved by everyone.
It is the perfect ingredient to fill sandwiches and focaccias in combination with matured or fresh cheese spreads.
