Le Eccellenze P&V's Sweet Red Onion Sauce is really a preserve made the old-fashioned way, perfect to accompany your favourite cheeses!
The ideal combination is with mature and flavoursome cheeses such as pecorino, parmesan and smoked cheeses in general; try it also with fresh cheeses such as ricotta and goat's milk cheese, whose delicacy is enhanced by the sweet and sour taste.
