Tomarchio, the original chinotto! The recipe for this drink dates back to the middle of the last century, and as then it is made using Chinotto infusion. This particular and very ancient citrus fruit, with its typically bitter and strong flavour, gives the drink its unique and unmistakable taste. It has always been the soft drink that Sicilians love the most.
Perfect for any time of the day, chinotto pairs well with all kinds of dishes. Great when enjoyed with plenty of ice and a slice of lemon.
