We have prepared one of the most famous sauces in Sicilian cuisine using excellent raw materials, our Sugo alla Norma Giù Giù is the perfect condiment for a quick lunch full of flavour!
Only tomatoes grown under the Sicilian sun, sweet and juicy, become the base for our tasty sauce, to which we add all the other fresh ingredients, aubergines and salted ricotta cheese, without which it would not be a true Norma!
