It comes from Valtellina, is certified organic and obviously IGP: healthy and good at 360 degrees, this bresaola comes from real rituals, from the salting massage to the addition of spices.

In spite of the etymology of the name, it is a raw, non-smoked cured meat, low in calories and full of taste in soft slices.

Try it with exotic fruits such as mango or avocado to enhance its flavor or with asparagus for a detoxifying but protein-rich mix.
