A grape variety native to Campania but widespread throughout southern Italy, Fiano is a white grape characterised by its intensity and good acidity, all characteristics that are confirmed in this wine: Solo, where Fiano is vinified in purity, in the heart of Puglia.

A structured white wine with excellent intensity, this Apulian Fiano from Cantine Biancardi offers intense floral and tropical notes on the nose, and is enveloping and smooth on the palate, supported by surprising sapidity and acidity that make it persistent and vertical.

Highly versatile in terms of pairings, this Fiano can also be paired with dishes of excellent structure, not only fish-based.
