Grape: Barbera

An authentic and sincere expression of one of Northern Italy's most underrated grapes, Barbera. A native grape variety of the Piedmont region in northwest Italy, Barbera is characterized by excellent body and a high alcohol content, combined with a pleasant drinkability.
Massolino's pure Barbera pairs particularly well with cured meats and sliced ​​meats and with mature cheeses.
