Fiasconaro pear and chocolate colomba is made with ingredients chosen and selected exclusively from the Sicilian production such as sugar, vanilla, citrus honey, hazelnuts.

Fiasconaro uses exclusively the natural sourdough leavening, a slow and patient process that offers undoubted benefits, including better protein digestibility and intense aroma, with a special flavour and fragrance.
