Just a few ingredients, to enjoy the genuine flavor of things made the old-fashioned way.

Baked in the oven, they are excellent with Parma ham, Mortadella, English-style Roastbeef, smoked ricotta, Grana Padano, and buffalo stracciatella and paired with red, white and bubbly wines.
