A red wine of great elegance and freshness with all the energy of Etna, which focuses on verticality, persistence, and pleasantness on the palate, thanks to six months of aging in large barrels. An accessible and direct Etna red wine, with great balance, excellent when tasted slightly chilled. 

Alcohol content: 13.5%

Food pairings: Fresh cheeses, pasta dishes, baked fish.
