Grapes: Malbec
A pure Malbec from the Chaors region in southeastern France, where this grape originated and achieves some of the world's best results. A nearly forgotten variety in France, Malbec has found fame and recognition in Argentina and Chile, but in France it can be discovered in its purest and most original form.
Chateau Paillas Cahors Malbec is the ideal accompaniment to cured meats and mature cheeses, as well as meat or vegetable-based first courses.
